IQVIA LLC seeks a Mobile Nurse (LPN/LVN) for Per Diem, In-Home Services. You will travel to patient homes within designated areas to perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and macular edema screenings as part of treatment initiation and adherence support.
Requires an active LPN/LVN license and CPR, with at least 2 years phlebotomy experience and 1 year EKG experience preferred. Travel up to 100 miles and clear driving record required; per diem, flexible scheduling, and mileage reimbursement offered.
