We are seeking a dedicated
Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in the Mother-Baby unit. The nurse will support postpartum mothers and newborns, focusing on family bonding, maternal health, and managing postpartum conditions and complications. Key duties include monitoring mother-baby couplets, supporting breastfeeding, educating families, and ensuring safe postpartum recovery.
Qualifications & Skills- Associate’s degree in Nursing required;
Bachelor’s preferred - Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Maryland
- American Heart Association BLS certification; NRP required prior to orientation
- Minimum of 1 year of hospital experience in Mother/Baby unit
Ability to provide patient-centered care, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maternal and newborn health.
