• Provide personalized care and assistance to our residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist with daily living activities such as feeding, transferring, and ambulating residents

• Monitor and report changes in resident's condition to the charge nurse or nurse manager

• Perform vital signs and heights and weights measurements as needed

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• No experience required, but candidates should have a strong willingness to learn and grow

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
