Wise Medical Staffing is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for PRN and contract opportunities in Long-Term Care facilities in Baltimore, MD. • Provide skilled nursing care in a Long-Term Care setting
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as appropriate
• Monitor, assess, and report changes in resident condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Perform wound care and collect laboratory specimens as needed
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Restock medications, supplies, and equipment as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and patient safety standards

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
• Active and unrestricted Maryland LPN license required
• Minimum 6 months of LPN experience required
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Annual physical required where applicable
• Negative TB test results required
• Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
• COVID-19 vaccination or compliance with facility-specific requirements may be required
• Ability to perform required job duties, including pushing, pulling, supporting, and lifting up to 80 pounds
