We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care in a dynamic ambulatory oncology setting.
Responsibilities Include- Supporting cancer patients experiencing acute symptoms and toxicities related to treatment
- Providing care outside of emergency and inpatient environments
- Supporting expanded care continuum for oncology patients
- Participating in oncology competency-based education and training
- Managing care in a renovated, 24-hour facility with negative pressure rooms and treatment bays
- Associate degree in Nursing required; active Maryland or Compact RN license
- BLS CPR certification
- At least 2 years of acute care RN experience preferred, with oncology, emergency, or infusion experience advantageous
- Enrollment in a BSN/MSN program acceptable if within 1 year of hire and completed within 4 years
