Registered Nurse (RN) Critical Care Regional Float Pool

Critical Care Regional Float Pool (Internal Resource Pool)

Float to ICU and IMC units at least three of the following sites:

* Med Star Franklin Square Medical Center

* Med Star Good Samaritan Hospital

* Med Star Harbor Hospital

* Med Star Montgomery Medical Center

* Med Star Union Memorial Hospital

Pay Summary

* $50/hour Base Pay

* Hourly Scheduling incentive

* Hourly Charge/Preceptor Pay

PRN Requirements:

* Four 12-hour shifts per 6-week schedule

* Two of the 4 shifts are weekend or night shifts per 6-week schedule

* 1 holiday a year

* 1 hard-to-fill shift per year

Qualifications

* ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.

* 2+ years of RN experience required; 2+ years of Critical Care RN experience strongly preferred.

* Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross). ACLS and NIHSS strongly preferred.

* The ideal candidate will have worked as a travel nurse or multiple healthcare organizations.
