Med Star Harbor Hospital Float Pool Summary

* Float to a variety of units (Med Surg/Tele/Neuro/IMC/ICU and ED Boarders)

Pay

* Base Pay based on working years of experience as a nurse
* $3/hour float pool differential (X 12 hours)

* Night Differential (X 12 hours)

* Weekend Differential (X 12 hours)

* Charge/Preceptor Pay

* Full Benefits

Available Roles:

* Full Time Days

* Full Time Nights

Requirements

* Three 12-hour shifts

* 6 weekend shifts in 6 weeks

* 3 designated holidays per year

* 2 hard-to-fill shifts per year (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter Sunday, Halloween, Super Bowl Sunday, Black Friday, 4th of July Nights)

Qualifications

* ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.

* 2 years of RN experience required; at least 2 years of acute care RN experience in Med Surg/Tele, IMC/PCU, CCU/ICU units strongly preferred.

* Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross). ACLS/NIHSS strongly preferred.

* The ideal candidate will have worked as a travel nurse or multiple healthcare organizations.

This position has a hiring range of

USD $41.96 - USD $59.62 /Hr.
