Levindale Hospitals High Intensity Care Unit (HICU) provides advanced care for patients recovering from acute brain injuries respiratory failure and other complex conditions. As part of Life Bridge Health youll work in a collaborative environment focused on innovation patient-centered care and professional growth.
About the HICU20 semi-private rooms up to 40 high-acuity patients
Interdisciplinary team: nursing respiratory rehab pharmacy social work nutrition
Focus on recovery early intervention and family-centered care
ResponsibilitiesProvide safe evidence-based nursing care
Operate advanced monitoring and life-support equipment
Collaborate on individualized care plans
Educate patients and families
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives

QualificationsADN required BSN preferred
Critical care or high-acuity experience preferred (new grads considered)
Maryland RN license BLS required ACLS within 1 year
Strong clinical judgment critical thinking and communication skills
