Cardiovascular Intensive Care (CVICU) RNs needed for Level 1 Adult & Pediatric Trauma center, Teaching Hospital, Magnet facility. 18 bed unit provides care for patients recovering from cardiac surgery, cardiac transplantation, lung transplantation, the placement of ventricular assist devices, and other complex procedures. The facility's intensive care units offer advanced care for critically ill adults, including cardiac, neuro, surgical, and medical ICU specialties. You will work in a collaborative environment focused on patient- and family-centered care, with access to leading-edge technology and a multidisciplinary team. To qualify, you need current nursing licensure, ICU experience, and proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills are recommended.
