• Provide specialized nursing care to pediatric intensive care patients, including ventilated and critical patients.
• Float to NICU and Pediatrics units as needed, managing a variety of patient diagnoses such as respiratory distress, DKA, seizures, and pain management.
• Administer medications and perform special procedures including moderate sedation, drips, arterial lines, and central lines/CVP.
• Monitor patient conditions vigilantly during night shifts (3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00).
• Ensure compliance with safety and healthcare standards, documenting all patient care activities accurately.
