BASE SALARY: $105,280 to $132,000
IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 5 years of LTC exp at an Assistant Nurse Manager or above
• Rehab experience
• RN Leader with great leadership skills, personable (must be able to speak to families and staff).
• Someone who leads by example for the team.

• As Nurse Manager, you will:

• Lead from the front— mentor and develop your Assistant Nurse Manager and frontline team while serving as a visible, hands-on clinical leader
• Shape the culture— foster an environment grounded in psychological safety, accountability, and clinical excellence
• Drive operations— oversee staffing, workflows, and daily operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and fiscal stewardship
• Champion quality & compliance— ensure adherence to Joint Commission, CARF, CMS, and National Patient Safety Goals while leading performance improvement initiatives
• Develop your team— coach, evaluate, and elevate RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and support staff, promoting growth and internal mobility
• Collaborate across disciplines— partner with physicians, therapists, case managers, and families to deliver seamless, patient-centered care

• Graduate of a CCNE-accredited nursing program
• ASN required | BSN preferred
• 5–7 years of nursing experience inLTC, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation
• At least 2 years in aleadership, charge, or supervisory role
• Active Maryland RN license (they will accept compact to start)
• BLS/CPR (American Heart Association)
• Strong clinical knowledge in geriatric, subacute, rehab, or memory care
