CNA – LTC​/SNF

$979.20/week –

Job Summary:

Provide compassionate and reliable CNA/GNA care to adult and geriatric patients in a long-term care/senior facility setting. This float pool position offers flexibility across various units, including LTC, LTCF, and skilled nursing, with a focus on patient acuity and staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitor and report patient conditions, vital signs, and changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow care plans and adhere to facility policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Float across units including ICU, LTAC, Behavioral Health, and Stepdown/PCU as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current Maryland GNA or CNA certification at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of CNA/GNA experience; 1 year accepted with exceptions.
• Active BLS certification from AHA required.
• Ability to float within scope of practice and across multiple units.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work every other weekend and flexible shifts, including evenings and 12-hour shifts.
