Set up and administer resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration;
Provide personal hygiene assistance including bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assist with bathroom or showers;
Assist with activities of daily living including serving meals, feeding residents, ambulating, turning and positioning, and ensuring nourishment between meals;
Monitor patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; test urine; record intake and output;
May supervise CNAs as directed
