Role
Registered Nurse in the Orthopedic Operating Room, providing safe, age-appropriate patient care and acting as a resource for patients and families.
ResponsibilitiesDelivering high-quality clinical care, supporting surgical procedures, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The nurse may also participate in research, education, and process improvements within the OR environment.
Qualifications & Skills- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Orthopedic Operating Room
- Associate's degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Maryland RN license
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- Specialty certification preferred
Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, teamwork, compassion, and ability to handle high-pressure situations. Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth is encouraged.
