GBMC Health Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to lead hospice/palliative care for inpatients. You will conduct initial evaluations, perform hospice histories, and write orders in collaboration with the attending physician and IDT members.
You will also educate patients and families on integrative palliative principles, participate in rounds, and help discharge planning while supporting staff wellness and professional development.
