- $110,000 - $140,000 Annual Salary

We are looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to lead the nursing department at our skilled nursing facility in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for clinical quality, staffing, survey readiness, and day-to-day operations of the nursing team, working closely with the administrator and interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications:- Active Maryland RN license in good standing
- Nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting (DON or ADON preferred)
- Working knowledge of state and federal regulations, survey process, and MDS
- Strong leadership, staffing, and budget management skills
- Lead, coach, and supervise the nursing team
- Ensure clinical quality, compliance, and survey readiness
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and the nursing budget
- Oversee care planning and resident outcomes
- Partner with the administrator and interdisciplinary team
