RN Registered Nurse (Direct Care)
We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy or long‑term care.
Compensation & Benefits- $9,000 FT Sign on Bonus
- $4,500 PT Sign on Bonus
- Shift Differential & Weekend Differential Rates

strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others - Family & Resident
Education:
explain health status, changes & expectations for care - Documentation: keep detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
- Team Oversight: oversee & delegate to LPNs and CNAs ensuring quality care & teamwork
- Licensed as an RN in Maryland
- Passed background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
- Professionally & clinically skilled with leadership qualities
