The LoftMD is looking for an experienced RN or NP to join our growing medical aesthetics team.
This role is ideal for a provider with hands-on aesthetics experience who is confident with injectables, laser, skin treatments, and patient consultations. We are open to one full-time provider or two part-time providers who can consistently cover our available schedule.
The LoftMD is an open-concept treatment space established in 2015 specializing in intentional aesthetics, advanced skincare, and self-care.
Our medical aesthetics division offers neurotoxin, BBL laser, microneedling, wellness injections, and advanced skin treatments in a collaborative, education-focused environment.
THE ROLEOur Medical Aesthetics Providers perform a combination of:
- BBL and laser treatments
- Wellness boosters and IM injections
- Hydra Facial
- Chemical peels
- Medical-grade skincare consultations
- Aesthetic consultations and treatment planning
We are hiring for consistent weekly coverage during the following hours:
Tuesday: 12 PM–8 PM
Thursday: 12 PM–8 PM
Friday: 9 AM–3 PM
Saturday: 9 AM–3 PM
Sunday: 10 AM–4 PM
We are open to one provider covering the full schedule or two part-time providers dividing the hours. Consistent weekly availability is required.
TRAINING + CLINICAL SUPPORTOur providers work closely with our Medical Director, Dr. Paige Harrison, who oversees our clinical protocols and approach to patient care.
We provide thoughtful onboarding and hands-on training with Dr. Harrison and experienced members of our team, along with continued investment in advanced education and professional development.
QUALIFICATIONS- Active Maryland RN or NP license
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on medical aesthetics experience
- Comfortable with consultations, facial assessment, and treatment planning
- Laser or energy-based device experience preferred
- Confident managing post-treatment care and adverse events
- Knowledge of medical-grade skincare preferred
- Professional, dependable, and warm with patients
- Passionate about continued learning and aesthetic medicine
