Role:
Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) providing direct patient care across various critical care units, including Women’s and Children’s specialties.
- Assess, plan, and implement age-appropriate clinical care for assigned patients each shift; supervise delegated staff; support high-quality, safe nursing practices; manage resources effective.
- Work across multiple specialties to develop versatile, high-acuity nursing skills, enhancing clinical judgment through diverse patient populations and diagnoses.
Valid RN license with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Mother & Baby, NICU, Pediatrics, Emergency Pediatrics, or PICU.
Skills & Attributes:Adaptability, confidence, broad clinical expertise, strong judgment, and leadership capabilities.
