Pediatric Registered Nurse in a comprehensive children's care setting, providing inpatient and critical care to pediatric patients.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to pediatric and critical-care patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Educate and support patients' families during hospitalization and discharge.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in inpatient pediatrics or PICU.
- Current Maryland RN license.
- Certifications:
BLS (American Heart Association), PALS (within 6 months of hire).
Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
