Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized care plans, conducting comprehensive nursing assessments, and guiding patients through complex healthcare and community support systems. The role involves in-person and telephonic patient advocacy, addressing barriers to care, and supporting program development through data collection and reporting.
Qualifications required are an active Maryland RN license, AHA BLS certification, and oncology nursing experience. Preference is given to those with Radiation Oncology experience.
