Role:
Registered Nurse (RN) in inpatient behavioral health, providing short-term psychiatric crisis stabilization, group therapy, medication management, and aftercare planning.
- Responsibilities:
Deliver psychiatric care, crisis intervention, and coordinate patient transitions to subsequent care levels. - Qualifications:
Associate's degree or diploma in Nursing, at least 1 year of inpatient psychiatric experience, and RN licensure in Maryland. - Certifications:
BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Strong crisis intervention abilities, psychiatric nursing expertise, and teamwork skills to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
