GBMC Health Care seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide compassionate palliative care through telemedicine and onsite clinical work will assess patients, manage symptoms, coordinate care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
Requires completion of an NP program;
Maryland NP license in Adult/Family/Geriatrics; 5+ years in healthcare with hospice/palliative care; EMR proficiency; CPR certification; HPCC/ACHPN or equivalent preferred.
