Staff Registered Nurse Summary

Carroll Park Healthcare is looking for a registered nurse to fill a nursing role in a skilled nursing facility setting. • Observe and monitor residents’ health and assess their needs to provide quality care
• Work with physicians to create individual care plans and assist them during required operations or procedures
• Maintain complete healthcare records and reports
• Supervise, manage, and train LPN’s and GNA’s on staff
• Perform routine procedures as needed, including administering medication and injections, and provide emergency medical care when necessary
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the facility

• Current state nursing licensure
• BLS/CPR certification
• In-depth knowledge of nursing care methods and health and safety guidelines
• Responsible and compassionate with outstanding organizational and communication skills
• Experience supervising GNAs and LPNs in a nursing home setting

• Problem-solving skills
