Registered Nurse (Progressive Care Unit) Baltimore City. This position involves providing direct patient care in a high acuity 20-bed Intermediate Medical Care (IMC) unit. The nurse will monitor critically ill patients using advanced medical equipment, administer medications and treatments, recognize emergency situations, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans. The role requires adherence to strict infection control protocols and ongoing participation in continuing education to maintain clinical excellence.

• Schedule:
  
  Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Valid license as a Registered Nurse (Compact), Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), CRRT experience, no minimum years of experience required, location in Baltimore City
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience with advanced medical equipment and critical care procedures is a plus
• Additional Information:
  The position involves providing emotional support and education to patients and their families, maintaining detailed documentation, and participating in unit training and precepting activities.

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
