• Coordinate case management activities with members.
• Evaluate medical needs to facilitate overall wellness.

• Instruct programs and procedures in compliance with network management and clinical coverage policies.

Education:

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing required

Experience:

• Experience in case management preferred
