Requirements: RN License; BLS; current experience with recovery of post-op cardiac surgery patients in an ICU setting, Vent, CRRT, Swan, Epicardial wires/pacemakers, vasoactive gtts titration, level 1 IABP, ECMO
- Provide specialized care for post-operative cardiac surgery patients recovering in the ICU
- Manage ventilators, CRRT, and vasoactive medications to stabilize patients
- Monitor and respond to patient condition changes, including Swan Ganz and Epicardial wires
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document care processes accurately and in compliance with hospital protocols
