• Med Star Franklin Square Medical Center
• Med Star Union Memorial Hospital/Med Star Good Samaritan Hospital
• Med Star Harbor Hospital

• Med Star Health Surgery Center at Timonium

• CRNA from an accredited nurse anesthetist school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesia by NBCRNA.
• Eligible for unrestricted licensure in the state of practice.
