Adoration Hospice is seeking a passionate, dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide expert, patient-centered care at a critical time in people’s lives in Baltimore City, MD. The RN works in a supportive environment and brings skills and empathy to help patients and their families.

• Assess and monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create hospice care plans that align with patients’ wishes and goals
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in the state of operation
• One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
• Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred
• Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
• Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
• Must be a licensed driver with a car insured in accordance with state requirements and in good working order
