- Assist clients with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support and incontinence care
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Monitor and document vital signs; report any changes to the RN or supervisor
- Offer medication reminders
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Follow customized Care Plans
- Active CNA certification in Maryland
- Previous home care experience preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Negative PPD result with the last year OR Clear Chest X-Ray within the last 5 years
- Health Physical or work release from physician within the last 2 years
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Must have a clear background (no disqualifying criminal history such as convictions for violence, theft, or abuse)
