Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced OR Nurse Manager to oversee daily operations across General OR, Cardiac OR, Orthopedic OR, and Ambulatory Surgery
. This role leads nursing teams, manages department resources, and works with surgical and anesthesia leadership to improve patient care and OR performance.

• Oversee daily clinical operations across multiple OR areas.
• Lead and support 3 Assistant Nurse Managers and up to 120 FTEs
  .
• Manage operating and capital budgets and address financial variances.
• Improve OR utilization, case turnover, and patient throughput
  .
• Partner with surgeons, anesthesia, and hospital leadership.
• Support staff development, clinical advancement, certifications, and education.
• Conduct performance evaluations and promote a culture of accountability.

• BSN from a CCNE-accredited program.
• Active Maryland RN license
  .
• Current AHA BLS certification
  .
• National nursing certification.
• 3–5 years of progressive OR nursing experience
  , including supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills.

• Master's degree (
  MSN, MHA, MBA, MS, or MA
  ).
