• Provide patient care under supervision, including basic assessments and documentation.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising clinician promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety protocols.
• Adhere to regulatory and workplace policies, including patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records with timely, compliant data entry.
• Follow infection control procedures and ensure a clean, safe care environment.
• Set personal performance goals and contribute to performance metrics and targets.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure seamless patient handoffs and continuity of care.
• Engage in ongoing learning and skill development aligned with growth goals.
• Assist in basic triage and prioritization based on patient needs and urgency.
• Support quality improvement initiatives by providing accurate data and feedback.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license current and in good standing.
• Provide patient care under supervision with basic assessments and documentation.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders, following safety protocols.
• Accurate electronic health record (EHR) data entry and timely charting.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly to supervising clinician.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Coordinate care with the team for seamless handoffs and continuity of care.
• Engage in ongoing learning and skill development aligned with growth goals.
• Support quality improvement initiatives with accurate data and feedback.
• Demonstrate time management and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
