Starting Pay: $18.75–$22.50/hour based on experience.

Weekday Shift Differentials

• Evening Shift: +$1.50/hour
• Night Shift: +$2.00/hour

What You'll Do:

As a GNA/CMT, you'll play an important role in enhancing the lives of our residents by:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Administering medications safely and accurately (CMT)
• Monitoring and documenting resident care
• Recording vital signs and reporting changes in condition
• Supporting resident independence while providing compassionate care
• Creating meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Working collaboratively with an exceptional interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who have:

• Current Maryland GNA Certification
• Current Maryland Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification (preferred for medication technician positions)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A passion for providing outstanding care to older adults
