Apartment Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable and hard-working Groundskeeper to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping the property clean, safe, and well-maintained year-round. You'll support the on-site Service Supervisor by handling daily landscaping tasks, maintaining common areas, and responding to seasonal needs such as snow removal.

• Walk the property daily to pick up trash, remove debris, and maintain dog waste stations and dumpster areas
• Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and mulching
• Use hand tools and power equipment (leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.)
• Remove snow and apply salt to sidewalks and steps during winter weather
• Keep the maintenance shop organized and stocked
• Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns to the Service Supervisor
• Assist with unit "make-ready" tasks as requested
• Follow company safety procedures and property security protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to operate power tools and landscaping equipment
• Basic knowledge of landscaping techniques and outdoor maintenance
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in a physically active role
• Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and kneeling required
• Able to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, snow, rain)
• Must provide a current phone number and email address
• Valid driver's license required
• Use of a vehicle for the entirety of each scheduled shift is mandatory; may be assigned to work at multiple properties
