Groundskeeper - Mountain Vista Resort

• Assist Building Technicians and Custodians as needed.
• Maintain resort grounds daily, including landscaping and site cleanliness.
• Pick up and dispose of site trash and maintain clean conditions in the refuse area.
• Keep roadways, loading/unloading areas, parking garage, and walkways free of litter.
• Monitor water/sprinkler systems for peak efficiency and good repair.
• Ensure safety compliance on resort grounds.
• Assist with planting or removal of landscape elements and general grounds.

• Strong communication skills with employees, guests, and owners.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
