Small Animal Associate Veterinarian

Our client is seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a welcoming and collaborative clinical team focused on delivering thoughtful, high-quality veterinary care. The position offers exposure to a broad range of small animal medicine, including preventative care, diagnostics, dentistry, surgery and compassionate end-of-life support. In this position, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering evidence-based medical care across routine and more complex small animal cases
• Building trusted relationships with clients through clear and compassionate communication
• Performing general consultations, diagnostics, dentistry and surgical procedures within your experience
• Working closely with veterinary and support colleagues to coordinate patient care
• Contributing to a positive clinical environment while continuing to develop professional skills

Qualifications needed:

• DVM or equivalent veterinary qualification
• Eligibility to practise veterinary medicine in Maryland
• A genuine interest in high-quality small animal medicine
• Strong interpersonal and client communication abilities
• Recent graduates and experienced veterinarians are both encouraged to apply
