• System implementations (BRC, Halal, FSSAI Schedule 4 and other customer standards)
• Customer Complaint management
• External audits (Third Party / Customer)
• Trainings
• Validation and verification
• HACCP
• Managing the operation quality
• Generating weekly and monthly QA reports
• RCA and Corrective action and preventive action plan
• Management Review / Food safety meetings
• Monitoring and assessment of Food Safety and Quality Management system at Factory

• Management of Operational Quality operations
• Validation and verification of processes, CCPs and OPRPs
• Change management system

B.Tech. In Food / Dairy Technology/ MSc. In Food Science.

Three to five years in system implementation , documentation, customer due diligence, audits (Third party/customer/internal) Validation, IQ, OQ and PQ.
