Responsibilities
- Act as owner and POC for issue resolution for all Quality Assurance aspects of the program
- Support customer meetings and follow-up actions
- Coordinate cross functional team reviews of rejections and issues
- Facilitate root cause analysis and action plan closure
- Prepare and submit concession packages
- Facilitate return processing and coordination of rework/repair efforts
- Identify and facilitate management system improvements
- Be responsive to customer inquiries
- Eliminate process variation and product defects
- Capture and analyze data to find trends
- Effectively prepare communications and presentations to personnel
- Participate/lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Manufacturing Quality
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 5-10% of time)
- U.S. Person status required for access to export-controlled technology
- Bachelor's degree
- GED
