Senior Quality Lead

Join a rapidly growing, high‑reliability manufacturer supporting advanced electronics and RF products in a regulated environment. The organization is scaling quickly, investing in quality systems, and expanding its footprint to meet increasing customer demand.

Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 requirements. Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to support audits, corrective actions, supplier quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain and improve the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits (customer, regulatory, certification).
• Lead and support CAPA, including root cause analysis and effectiveness verification.
• Analyze quality metrics and trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support supplier quality, including evaluations, corrective actions, and performance monitoring.
• Manage document control for quality procedures and records.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure quality compliance across operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Systems within manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100.
• Experience supporting audits, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Experience in electronics, RF, or defense‑related manufacturing.
• Familiarity with 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• Supplier quality or vendor performance experience.
