Multi-Family Leasing & Resident Services Coordinator

A property management firm is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Baltimore, MD to manage marketing and leasing activities for their assigned properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, must be experienced in multi-family property management, and knowledgeable in HUD programs. Responsibilities include coordinating leasing events, responding to resident concerns, and maintaining property financials. Candidates should hold a High School Diploma and have at least 2 years of experience.

Competitive hourly pay between $22 and $24 is offered.
