We are seeking a Method Development Scientist with strong analytical laboratory experience to support the development and optimization of characterization methods for complex materials. The ideal candidate will have expertise in microscopy, image analysis, and method development related to particle, fiber, or morphology characterization.
Required Qualifications- Hands-on experience developing analytical methods for particle, fiber, or morphology analysis
- Strong understanding of microscopy techniques, image analysis, and sample preparation methodologies
- Experience working with polymeric materials, fibers, and/or nanomaterials
- Proven ability to troubleshoot analytical variability and develop robust, reproducible analytical methods
- Ability to work independently in a laboratory environment while maintaining thorough and accurate documentation
- Strong problem-solving and data interpretation capabilities
- Experience supporting method optimization, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent technical documentation and reporting skills
