Postdoctoral Fellow Position in Johns Hopkins Lab
Postdoctoral Fellow Position Available in Lab of Dr. Daniela Cihakova
The Cihakova Lab is currently seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to join our newly funded research projects in cardiac immunology and autoimmunity. We are looking for an independent, driven, and collaborative scientist with a PhD in immunology and experience in basic immunological methods, including flow cytometry, cell isolation and culture, ELISA, qPCR, immunostaining, cytokine analysis, and in vivo and in vitro experimental work.
Experience in omics techniques and computer science is considered a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will have a strong publication record, excellent analytical and scientific writing skills, and a strong interest in contributing to high-impact discoveries in a dynamic and supportive research environment. The Cihakova Lab is also interested in PhD and master’s students. Current projects include CAR T cell therapy for myocarditis, CODA 3D reconstruction of salivary glands in Sjögren’s syndrome, and understanding the pathogenesis of tissue-resident T cells in cardiac transplant rejection.
