We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join acollaborative program focused on high-fidelity simulation and analysis ofcomplex turbulent flows in engineering systems. The position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge problems in fluid mechanics with access toworld-class computational resources.
Responsibilities
Conduct large-scale simulations of turbulent flows using state-of-the-art CFDmethods.
Perform advanced data analysis and develop physics-based models.
Collaborate with experimental and computational teams acrossinstitutions.
Qualifications
Required Qualificatons
PhD in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
Strong expertise in computatuional fluid dynamics and turbulent flows.
Experience with scientific computing and data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with high-performance computing and GPU acceleration.
The referenced salary range is based on Johns Hopkins University's good faith belief at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to the selected candidate may vary and will be based on factors including, but not limited to,the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate - e.g., years inrank, training, field, discipline, other work experience, and other similar factors; geographic location; internal equity;

Salary Range
The referenced salary range represents the minimum and maximum salaries forthis position and is based on Johns Hopkins University's good faith belief atthe time of posting. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end ofthe salary range. The actual compensation offered to the selected candidate mayvary and will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's geographic location, skills, work experience, internal equity, market conditions, education/training and other factors, as reasonably determined by the University.
