Prepares and cooks a variety of menu items, maintains kitchen cleanliness and establishes food temperature control. Serves all types of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, follows recipes, handles cash transactions, assists inventory, keeps bar area clean and stocked.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREDMinimum:
Food preparation experience, operating and sanitizing equipment, bartending experience, ability to lift up to 45 lbs, continual standing and walking.
