We are looking for contagiously friendly, warm, and energetic people to be the heart of our kitchens. Our prep cooks prepare our food using scratch ingredients from our local farm partners. They set up our line cooks for success during the meal periods. The position is a fit for anyone looking to grow a career in the culinary arts. You will learn about flavor profiles, food trends from around the world, every station in the kitchen and the opportunity for growth and promotion through our hat development program.
