The iconic Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is seeking an on‑call Banquet Server to join our team. This 757‑room property is located next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards and is connected to the Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk. With over 120,000 square feet of event space, we are looking for a reliable, positive‑attitude candidate with prior banquet‑server experience and strong interpersonal skills.
ShiftPattern
Shifts may include AM, PM, weekend and holidays based on business needs.
Pay Rate$7.25 per hour.

As a Banquet Server, you will deliver and serve food and beverage items to guests in a friendly, timely and efficient manner. You will help maintain service standards and profitability by performing the following tasks:
- Set banquet tables to meet function specifications.
- Deliver and serve food and beverages, including meals, condiments and accompaniments.
- Ensure menu knowledge.
- Remove china, glassware, silverware and other items from tables after service and deliver to the stewarding area.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
- Assist fellow team members and other departments to maintain positive working relationships.
- Assist with side work including cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
