Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.;
Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals, delegate tasks, and report results.;
Ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience and that sales promotions are executed; train service staff and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas.;
Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food quickly, that food is safe, food cost is controlled, and staff are trained in production procedures including new menu items.;
Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; onboard and motivate crew.
