Overview
We are a leading specialty jewelry retailer offering engagement, bridal, fashion and lifestyle collections in an elevated retail environment. Our brand is known for exceptional craftsmanship, personalized service and a consultative sales approach. We are conducting a confidential search for a District Manager to oversee operations across multiple Maryland stores. This role will ensure consistent execution of merchandising, customer experience and team development while driving key performance metrics.
The successful candidate will partner with regional leadership to uphold brand standards and deliver outstanding business results.
- Lead and oversee retail operations for all stores within the Maryland district, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Drive top-line sales and manage controllable metrics including payroll, trade‑ins and training initiatives.
- Ensure a superior customer experience by monitoring service delivery, visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Recruit, coach, mentor and evaluate store managers and their teams to build a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operational compliance, training needs and execution of corporate initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to implement strategies, share best practices and meet business objectives.
- Analyze performance data and develop action plans to optimize sales, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail management.
- Minimum of 5 years of multi‑unit retail management experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury retail.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and coaching high‑performing teams.
- Strong operational acumen in merchandising, inventory control and payroll management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with a polished professional presence.
- Consultative selling background, ideally in bridal or fine jewelry, with a customer‑centric focus.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Maryland market and possess a valid driver’s license.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity and discretion in sensitive recruitment processes.
