Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.

Schedule: Monday–Friday. Weekends not required but occasional weekend/holiday availability may be needed. Early morning shifts possible.

Position Overview: 2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail-oriented, self‑motivated Field Service Representative to support leading tech brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. The role involves installing and updating sales floor fixtures, building displays, following planograms, performing repairs, maintaining displays, and ensuring client requirements are met.

• Respond promptly to field service management and update availability within 24 hours of contact.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install, build, and refresh displays, end caps, and fixtures.
• Capture required photos, surveys, and forms before leaving each job site.
• Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures remain functional.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and team‑based projects (2+ people).
• Use mobile applications to manage schedules, submit timesheets, and report anomalies.
• Adhere to accurate time‑card submission and reporting procedures.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Participate in training and certification programs as required.
• Track, record, and communicate activity through designated systems.
• Remain available for occasional weekend assignments.

• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability Monday through Friday with weekend, holiday, early‑morning, or late‑night flexibility as needed.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Climb a ladder up to 10 feet and safely lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
• Effective communication skills via phone, text, and email.
• Must own an Android or Apple mobile device for photo upload and data entry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or merchandising experience is beneficial.
• Installation, merchandising, and hand/power‑tool proficiency preferred.
• Experience with planograms and secondary communication preferred.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

• $17.50 per hour.
• Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
