Job Summary

This role engages customers to showcase and sell Comcast Xfinity products, ensuring an outstanding retail experience. You will achieve sales goals, support customer onboarding, and resolve issues with moderate supervision. Flexibility in schedule and adherence to company standards is required.

Responsibilities
  • Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
  • Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
  • Answer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process all general service requests.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
  • Provide expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services.
  • Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
  • Contribute to a fun and competitive environment, connecting products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
  • Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Ability to carry or lift 25‑pound boxes and move around the store consistently.
  • Bilingual Spanish language proficiency required.
Preferred Experience

2–5 years of relevant work experience.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Pay: $17.00 per hour. Targeted commission leads to an average total compensation of $24.69 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage; paid parental leave; tuition reimbursement up to $8,000; paid time off; and a 401(k) plan with up to 6% dollar‑to‑dollar matching.
